Getting all A's in the Stark household used to be a requirement, something exspected of a young Tony, genius kid prodigy. It was always brushed off, made to further elevate Howard's immaculate reputation. He never got to say his final goodbye, he never had the chance to be happy with them again. He let himself be pitied, and he let himself go. He was miserable.
