The guardian of Artemis, Percy Jackson, also known as Lunar, travels to Egypt to hunt down Chaos' pet snake Apep, also known as Apophis. At the start of his journey he meets Amos, and Carter Kane and Zia Rashid, who are highly skilled magicians.
