Missy Delfin is a professional physical therapist who goes missing in the streets of Denmark during her brief marriage to Dr. Warren Slayer, a respected surgeon in the medical community. Incidentally Missy is a Filipina but her background is far from the usual underprivileged provincial lass who goes to a foreign land only to be abused at the hands of the people she trusts. Missy is so much more-brainy, talented and pious. And she is strikingly a head turner, almost a movie actress comparable to a foreign bred beauty. But misfortune befits her in her adventure to a supposed land which was supposed to give her a life of paradise.
