Francis Bonnefry is a young, prestigious, single, charming doctor at a famous hospital, Hetalia Health Care. When a depressed, slightly grumpy, and irritable young teenage girl is admitted to the hospital for unknown reasons, Francis is assigned to her. And then things get flipped upside down.

This story takes place in the 1700's in France. You are thrown out if you flat due to lack of ability to pay rent. Someone special decides to take you in.
