Izuku Midoriya was a special case, he didn't inherit a combination of his parents Quirks or even one of theirs... instead Midoriya is born with the Quirk Collapse. This is a story where Izuku never became a hero. He's a fully grown adult now with no connections to any heros. However when the number 1 hero in the world (who due to the time skip into adult hood is Kacchan) sees Izuku strange memories come back to him. What happen to Izuku or Jack.

Izuku's quirk hadn't manifested yet and people assumed he was quirk less and for that he was bullied and harassed but everything got worse when he was blinded by the one he called friend then after meeting someone who shares Izuku's disability everything begins to change (I don't own my hero academia and I don't own the artwork)
