Watson Young has always been a bright kid, no one could deny that, but even the most intelligent people can make the dumbest mistakes. Keep the dumbest secrets hidden. Watson was rather good at that, considering that no one knows about the stuff he deals with at home. Elijah Andrews, one of the wealthiest kids in the school, but doesn't necessarily describe Elijah, no, that describes his financial state. Elijah's not stupid, he knows his friends are pretty fake, seen the drooling stare with money in their eyes, blinding them from seeing Elijah as something more than walking money. My breathing became shallow as I cried for the second time that day, finally feeling content being immersed in guilt. A shudder wracked through my body, tears escaping and Paul pulled me closer as he woke silently. Mumbling soft nothings against my skin and kissing it to slow my breathing, he tried to lull me to sleep, "It's okay, you're okay." Refusing to speak -my voice failing me- his arm came up to wrap around my shoulder and I held him there, placing a small kiss to his tattooed skin in a broken sign of gratitude, I must've run out of tears. And I felt at ease.

Blu Massie moves back to his home town for his senior year, after living in New York for the other years of high school he wants to go back where he grew up, before his parents divorced and his mom got custody. Planning to keep his image as the bisexual player that can swoon a girl with a wink and turn a guy gay with a kiss he's confident at the new school, until he meets Dominic Favara, the adorable, pale skinned, golden haired nerd that turns every thing Blu knows upside down. It's hard enough to get a date with a stuborn book worm that's your best friends adopted brother, but how hard is it when said book worm is mute, as in doesn't speak mute? Pretty hard for Blu, but intrigued by Dominic's looks and the secrets of his past Blu will have to try everything he's got up his sleeve for whats to come after moving back to California and meeting this little mystery boy.
