Barren is currently in her junior year of high school, she lives in a relatively small town where everyone knows one another. Most of the kids in her high school know her for her dark loose fitting clothing and lack of communication with others. She wasn't always like this though, she was once a bright and cheerful girl. It wasn't until Barren went missing for a whole month in the beginning of her sophomore year that she changed; no one knew where she went or what happened during the time of her absence but when she came back to school it was as if she were a completely different person. At first glance, one might think she is just a shy and introverted girl; but if they were to look deeper they would find the many scars that have marked her life. Barren thought no one would find out about the secrets she has kept hidden under her sleeves.. that was until he showed up.
