"And you? What's your name?" Jack asked. No words escaped my mouth; I was too busy staring at him. I was in a trance. He tried waving his hands to grab my attention, but I still didn't answer. "Hellooo?" That's when I snapped back to reality and managed to answer. "My name's S-summer Lovem-m-more." I stuttered. "Thank you. What a pretty name for a very pretty girl." He winked as he finished writing my name down. I blushed. "You're guaranteed to have fun here! I hope you enjoy your time. Our first fun activity is tonight; we're having a campfire... Be there by sunset." He left with a smile and closed the door behind himself. Did he have to leave? I fell back onto my pillow and smiled like a lovesick idiot. But, I guess that's what I was at that point. [Disclaimer: I started writing this book at twelve years old - do excuse the cringey parts and bad writing.
