Tord is Tom's pet. Preferably a wolf Toms mum had found whimpering on the floor outside one night. Since Tom's mums heart was perfect, she took it to the vets. After that the wolf became obedient and loyal. It never left. It always came back to the garden. Every night. And eventually Tom's mum decided he was too cute to ignore, so she decided to keep it as a pet. Well. 'Pet'. After losing his father to cancer and never knowing his mother, who died a little bit after he was born, he is forced to move with his father's co-workers...or soldiers. His father was the former Red Leader, which means he is now to be taught to be the next one. He moves to the base and has to go to a normal school to look "innocent". The kids make fun of him, especially a kid named Tom, who he is forced to hang out with, since his only friends are Edd and Matt. He becomes depressed, but never shows it. One faithful day, Tom finds out everything by accident...it changes everything.

Tord is self destructing. Ever since the "incident" he just hasn't been the same. That's what Paul calls it. "The incident" Nothing more... Nothing less. He holds tight to his last strings of sanity.
