Note: this story doesn't end happily. I am not shipping them. I am telling a story. Megatron starts to get soft on Starscream, hoping to court the seeker. Starscream isn't quite having it.

Megatron had lived many lifetimes. He was an expendable worker. a great warrior. a revolutionary. a tyrant. An emperor of a dead planet. His lifetime had spanned across eons... humans were but dust in the wind. Matches that burned just as quickly as they were lit, and yet...he still could not figure out why you shone so bright.

Megatron is fascinated when Jemelle doesn't scream and easily interacts with the other decepticons. She quickly becomes Best Friends with Breakdown, Starscream and Knockout but everyone does notice something is off. Jemelle puts herself down when she thinks no one is looking and she does cower when there is yelling or when someone raises their hand as if she thinks she's gonna be hit. Which has them wondering. What happened to this sweet girl?

When Optimus is kidnapped, his sister does the most stupid thing she could have done. Request to take his place on the warship. Knowing what it would do to Optimus, Megatron quickly agrees. However, upon trying to interrogate Thunderburst for information about the Autobots, the warlord slowly begins to find himself falling for the femme. Who would have thought that all the Decepticon leader would need would be to meet his sworn enemy's sister? Originally called His Daughter, but has been rewritten to improve the writing in this story, and to allow it to be a little more fleshed out.

What if Starscream hadn't told Arcee that he killed Cliffjumper, and did join the Autobots after all? And just how do you tame a wild, traitorous and unpredictable Seeker, who even Megatron couldn't completely control? The Autobots test their patience and determination in taming the former Decepticon. Arcee ends up befriending their new comrade. Starscream laments his past, Jetfire and Megatron. How will Megatron take all this?

Instead of gladiators being forced to fight to the death and buy their freedom, there were simply slaves. They weren't entirely legal, but your own government was more than willing to look the other way. You escaped the system. You had a family. You made a life yourself. As a result of leaving, you got that life taken away. Nowadays, you help others escape the system and make sure they don't face the same consequences. When Megatron returns from his self-exile, he finds himself facing the same system he sought to destroy so long ago. He also finds himself connecting to you, the leader of a new uprising. You, all he could've been if he hadn't fed his ambition.

The Autobots and Decepticons were fighting as usual for Energon when they plunged into a hole, falling unceremoniously into the abyss. There was one massive Energon in the middle of the place, far bigger than the usual Energon crystals. Things took a turn when the crystal glowed brightly, enveloping the bots and transporting them to somewhere. There was a catch though. They are now tiny and sparkling-like.
