Although hes always yelling and acting like he doesn't care the truth is he's scared, alone, depressed. He just wants someone to be there for him but he's too scared to ask. He feels horrible most his friends were killed and he keeps blaming himself.

Karkat Vantas, 17 years old, has been in an abusive relationship with his manipulative "lover" Gamzee Makara for almost 3 years.. Until the night Karkat got a chance to run away and took a bus down to Texas. {Amedot} Peridot fakes her amnesia to get help from the Crystal gems to bring her back to Yellow Diamond. But her superior sees this as a betrayal and punishes her with a very difficult cost. After solving the first problem the gems did not realize another problem was building up as Lapis and Jasper decide to continue on the Diamond Authority's mission.
