Keith wakes to find that everything is not as it seems. Everything is quiet, the team is more distant and Keith finds himself struggling with his own problems. But as Keith finds out that Lance is missing and leaving very little information on where he is, Team Voltron is about to enter it's hardest time as they race against time to find the blue paladin before he loses himself and before the Empire finds him.

After a surprise turn of events, Lance seems to join the Galra's side after abandoning his friends and his lion. He has a plan to infiltrate the system to help his friends; but what will their reactions be? And what happens after Lance starts to be converted to the Galra's ways? Allura held her brother close for the last time three quintants before her father shoved her into a cryopod. More focused on a poor alien prince finding out he's eons old. Dermatologists hate him. (Updates will be slow but whenever I can!)

Lance knows that he's annoying. He knows that he's a flirt, and that his jokes are always terrible. That's why the kidnapping by the Galra fleet, didn't bother him all that much. His team would just be better off without him getting in the way of everything. He just slowed them down. The Galra need information. Every blow they shot at the paladins of Voltron, didn't seem to do much. The capture of the Blue Lion and its rider was what they needed to find out how to win against the pesky earthlings. Keith, Hunk, Pidge, Shiro, Coran, and Allura are worried. With Keith stressing himself out over the wellbeing of his kidnapped friend, and Pidge looking all over for said friend, the paladins of Voltron are not on their best. " Papa? Is that you?" I say as I race up the spiraling steps. "Lance! How did you find me?" He breathes out, visibly shuddering from the cold. "Your hands are ice. We need to get you home." I say unaware of of a being who has just made it's presence known a couple feet away " Lance, you must leave here at once! This castle is alive! Now go before He finds you!" He whispers, fear being shown visibly in his old, withered eyes. Lance is the outcast of the town. Reading books, doing something different every single day. People in the village know that he doesn't belong there. The aura he gives off is too vibrant, too exuberant, casting shadows on all who thought they were better. Lance lives his life peacefully with 6 siblings( him being one of them)a dog , a small farm, 10 chickens, a happy and loving father ,Lance had it all. Despite the fact of the constant teasing, and the rude insults thrown at him daily, and rude acts such as throwing his laundry onto the dirt road filled with horse shit, and other things he'd rather not say. Or so he thought he did. Prince Lotor was exiled from his father's rule. Banished by his own two parents . Cursed to live in isolation, with only his half- galra generals who were turned into house ware to keep him company. Banished because he cared for no one other than himself. Life as a cursed, terrifying looking beast isn't all that it seems to be cracked up to be.

TW: Abusive relationship "We're coming back for you" As Lance sacrifices himself for the good of the team, a promise of rescue is the only thing that keeps him sane. But will Voltron get to him in time or will he already be beyond salvation? (This is probably gonna start Lancelot and shift to Klance overtime, I hope you like it)
