When all is forgotten, which way do you go find direction? Where is all the answers when your mind doesn't recall and if people claim to know you, who do you trust?

This is my first time writing a story so bare with me. The story follows a 3rd year high school boy who ends up in a violent altercation. This results in him getting isekai'd (lmao) to another world. However the story shall not abandon the real world and will explore both. I hope you enjoy my first attempt and feel free to shower me with harsh criticism.
