This story is a Modern AU and it's set in high school. Kid being the 'bad boy' of the class and Marco being your art teacher. This is sort of an experiment, I was requested to do an Xreader about one of these characters and I also got a request to do a story about a cheater. SO; I've done a mixture of the two. This was originally just a oneshot but I decided to make it into a story, it's about a master thief called Eustass Kid and his newest member, the reader. This idea was inspired by a certain quest in a game called 'Skyrim' that I like to play when I have the time and I wanted to do this shot based off that but with One Piece in a slightly more Modern Universe than what Skyrim is set in. So, this fic started out as a random - unconfirmed who it'd be about but I eventually settled on Katakuri. Gotta say, he's pretty hot for a man of his years. So I've been planning to do another fic about Sabo for a while now, Modern AU and suchhh. Admittedly, I found most of my inspiration to start this from a Zoro fic called "The One" written by @lyndsyh, it's truly amazing - I recommend reading if y'all haven't already.
