Fox Mulder is their neighbor and soon falls in love with Dana. Msr canon. Again, I don't own any of these characters or the X files they all belong to Chris carter and Fox.

With The X Files reboot and Gillian and David finally get to work together again, Gillian discovers she has feelings for her partner while David realizes his have never died. Both are nervous to admit their feelings, but when they finally do, they realize that to avoid all the paparazzi and press, they are going to have to keep their relationship a secret.
