"I'm no good for you." She says in all seriousness.
I can tell that her guard is down, she's letting down her walls.
"You deserve better." She says on the verge of tears.
Seeing her like this, causes a tear to roll down my face.
I look into her blue eyes, and see nothing but love, and despair.
"I love you." I say.
I hug her tight, and let her cry into me, and tell her that I love her once more.
"I don't want better, I want you." I whisper to her.
"But I'm broken, used. How...how could you love me?" She asks, sadness deeply layered into her voice.
"I love you because you are broken. You still manage to love me even know you say you can't love. That's broken." I whisper.
She pulls back and looks deep into my eyes, and she says the three words I've been waiting my whole life for.
"I love you."
