Hudson Ellis is good at his job. Somehow, he manages not to annoy people when he knocks at their doors and asks them to contribute to the charity he works for - instead, he gets them to sign up for sponsoring programmes and fish whatever spare change they have out of their pockets. Even the infamously tough residents of New York City are falling victim to Hudson's easy-going ways and wide smile; that is, until one woman renders him speechless with sarcastic refusals and slams her door in his face. Perhaps Hudson would be able to forget her - if it wasn't for the fact that she lives on the same floor of the next apartment over, and they both have floor-to-ceiling windows that allow for a rather generous view into each other's flats.

EDITING [I marched up to him, "Where the hell were you? I thought something happened to you. Did you not care enough to..." My rambling was cut short when a pair of warm, slightly chapped lips collided with mine. Fuck. That's one way to go about it.] ________________________________________ A story of friendship, trust, betrayal, and love. These characters will make you smile, frown, laugh, curse, and cry. acrophilia. noun. (uncountable) a love of heights. "For your information, some people actually enjoy heights and are not suicidal. I was just appreciating the view, enjoying the wind. I was actually enjoying life until you ruined the moment," he spits, carrying so much resentment that Jaebeom actually feels sorry. "I... I'm sorry. You just... looked like you wanted to jump." "You should've thought better before ruining my perfect moment and throwing me to the ground, which by the way, hurts like hell. Ass." (...) When Jaebeom's life is going down, he meets a strange boy who turns his world upside down. /crossposting on AO3/
