Tenko Shimura, 5y/o, manifested his quirk after a particular nasty outbreak from his father. His quirk as it turned out was quite powerful. Izuku Midoriya, 6 y/o, manifested his quirk - but in a less traumatizing then his step-brother - that was deemed villainous, but received the help of people that wanted to see him on the top as a hero.
