It is no matter a question of what is right or wrong, good or bad, and black and white. Eleanor Peverell's life is starting at a new chapter ten years after the last. It is a time of peace and prosperity under a new administration. Little crime has been reported since the darker days during the war and the new Auror force has kept more prisoners in Azkaban than ever before. As newely appointed Head of the Aurors Department, her new authority suits her all while feeling the hidden corruption of the Ministry crack down on her. With a suppressing boss who quickly teaches her the cheat codes and a new unprecedented threat being thrown on her shoulders, Eleanor almost wishes her boring routine that was her life just months before. This new threat though comes in the shape of a familiar face. He goes by Voldemort now. The rekindled relationship is like trying to light a wet wick on a candle. Eleanor realizes Tom is long gone and Voldemort needs her to become her worst self in order to help him. With Tom dead set in building his regime with Eleanor at his side without much of a choice, she soon begins to wonder which side gives her more purpose. She begins to question everything, losing her sense of morality and rather becoming the gray area in between; essentially the kind of person she hated. In the last time Eleanor may ever have to stop Tom, she stands in the middle of a tug of war: will she join him or let the worst come of her if she tries to stop him?

Life started off complicated for young Eleanor Ross after being born to a muggle mother while showing her magical capabilities at an early age. Growing up in a household where her mother fears her, Eleanor mostly finds herself isolated from the outside world as her mother intends on keeping Eleanor's abilities a secret. However, Eleanor finds relief after she turns eleven years old when a letter arrives in the post and a woman comes knocking on her door to reveal that Eleanor is a witch. While things do not necessarily become easier for the mother and daughter, Eleanor finally finds a place where she can fit in at none other than Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry. A few years later, Eleanor is caught up the middle of the pranking chaos that is brought on by none other than Fred and George Weasley. No student or professor is deemed safe as the twins have dedicated their fifth year to pranking everyone in the castle. So far, it's been a piece of cake until they attempt to prank Eleanor, the unsuspecting Hufflepuff. At first, they are convinced that it was a simple miscalculation but as the prank, after prank fails, something is up. Fred finds his curiosity piqued when he witnesses one of the pranks literally bounce off the girl and becomes more than determined to figure out how Eleanor is dodging their mischievous ways.
