While Tony, Eerika, Rhodey, Natasha, and Vision find the accords to be very useful; Steve, Wanda, Clint and Sam do not. In the meantime, Steve's old war buddy, Bucky Barnes, is convected of terrorism and is being held on trail. Steve knows that Bucky is innocent while Tony doesn't. Tony knows the only way to end this dispute is in a fight. Eerika, on the other hand, has some of her own issues that she is struggling with. The dispute between her lover and her best friend makes the situation much worse than it should be.
