Lots of awkwardness (in a good way), some mild angst, comfort, and eventually fluff and smut.

He needs a Physical ED credit in order to get his diploma and graduate from high school. Ironically, he was put on the swim team. He informs about his condition, and instead of an actual swimmer, he's a manger of the team.
