After a desperate attempt to pull herself through depression, Marinette finds herself struggling to balance being a superhero and a student at the same time. Time for some Marichat angst.

Though his partner had told him not to fret over her friend he couldn't help but still have that poor girl on his mind. That grab to her wrist looked hard, really really hard. As soon as he snapped back into focus he saw a shoe in Ladybug's hand and cocked an eyebrow in a confused manner. But, his lady had a game plan and he wouldn't question it. "Gotcha." He simply replied before he cleared his throat.

Marinette had unfortunately lost her eyesight in a horrid tragedy a year before. She dreads the first day of her sophomore year (10th grade/10th year), fearing that none of the students will want anything to do with the poor blind girl yet again. Luckily, Marinette is able to meet Adrien Agreste: a gorgeous, rich, and selfless blond model. It does not take very much for the two teenagers to quickly become the closest of friends. Marinette would love to draw all over herself to see who her soul mate is, but due to her alternate persona, Ladybug, her red strings of fate have tied her to Chat Noir. As Chat Noir, Adrien would love to find out who his Lady is so they could be happy both in and out of cover. But their kwami only allow them to use their markers after an Akuma attack and never throughout the day. Will the two go against their kwami's and go find each other, or will they remain in a world of ignorance? Together forever, never apart, maybe in distance, but never in heart.
