Black fox shifts come 1 in every 10,000 fox shifters. It's completely random, it's not passed down by parents. The moon goddess chooses the fox to represent their pack. Black fox shifters are strong. Fox shifters in general have more enhanced hearing, speed, smell, etc. But black fox shifters have those stronger then normal fox shifters.
