A bad bug hits the Tomlinson - Malik family starting with Harry but due to him having an illness called Ulcerative Colitis his parents can't decide if it's a bug or his illness causing his symptoms, although once Niall also begins to show the same symptoms their question is soon answered. From their as soon as one family member recovers someone else seems to catch the bug even if Zayn and Louis do try to contain it from spreading.
