As royalty, Will Solace had his life planned out the day he was born. His parents control everything he does, including who he has to marry. They've picked a girl named Bianca Di Angelo, who is a princess from an ally kingdom. Their marriage will seal an alliance which will help both kingdoms. Since they've never met each other, their parents arrange for Bianca to stay at the castle for a while. She brings her brother Nico along with her, to keep her company. The marriage doesn't go exactly as planned... Will takes one look at the couple and falls in love... With Nico. Meanwhile, Bianca sets her sights on a maid named Thalia... ~~~ Trigger warnings: homophobia, swearing and major character deaths. Mortal AU Completed!! The characters belong to Rick Riordan, but the setting and idea is mine.

This is the sequel to Unattainable, so read that first if you haven't already. War has ripped two previously happy kingdoms apart. One is now in ruin, owned by the other, which has grown prosperous and more tolerant under it's new king, Will Solace. He is a benevolent ruler with an beautiful wife and a strong kingdom. His life seems perfect. Nico Di Angelo is still a fugitive. Him and his friends stay far away from others, only approaching civilisation when necessary. When they find themselves in Will's kingdom and are attacked, the only logical plan anyone can think up is to take the king is taken hostage. In hindsight, it's probably not a good idea to end up stuck with your worst enemy. Especially one who still loves you.

So, I'm sure you've heard of The Voice, yes? Good. So, this is a type of spin-off in a way, using SOLANGELO. I have absolutely no idea what's going to happen, I just write, and vwala, words! (if you can't tell, I'm sarcastic as f*ck). This story is derived from a (2 part) one-shot I wrote, called "A Different Kind of Voice", and um, here's a little of it, since I suck at descriptions; "Nico never meant to fall in love with his coach. It just, happened. But he was very glad it did. Will never meant to fall in love with his contestant. It just, happened. But he was very glad it did." Mwahaha, that's all I'm giving you. 😉 Also, NO PROMISES on happy endings!! 😇 (I know, what a great way to get people to read a book - no definite happy ever afters *snorts* *sarcasm*) WARNINGS: Triggers, mature content (both verbal, and er, other stuff). . ., grammar is not a thing, nor is proper spelling HAVE FUN! Nico di Angelo is a forensic pathologist, well, training to be one. He spends his days examining dead bodies and learning how they died. Pretty cool, right? Will Solace is training to be a nurse. His goal is to prevent as many bodies from needing to be examined as possible. He wanted to save people. When these two move in together, many adventures follow, because honestly, what else can you expect when two complete opposites try to coexist? As time goes on they learn that maybe they aren't so different after all. Characters belong to Rick Riordan, but the plot and all that belong to me.
