Jack's parents had always been strictly religious and left him tainted with memories that will never leave him. He decided to escape to America, leaving behind his home in Ireland in hopes of a better life, but it proves to be a difficult task after he bumps into a man who can't let him leave. Mark has never been normal and tends to have blackouts, where he'd lash out at others and come out of it not knowing what he had done.
