Ano nga bang meron sa call center at halos karamihan ngayon, anuman ang propesyon ay sa call center bumabagsak?

Naaalala mo ba kung gaano ka-tragic yung college life mo? Yung mga grades mong nama-muck you? At yung thesis mong ipinag-rosaryo mo pa sa poong Nazareno, 'wag lang ma-reject ng prof n'yo? Para sa mga Math at Chemistry subjects na tatlong beses mong inenroll at ibinagsak, inenroll at ibinagsak, inenroll at ibinagsak (repeat until fade. Lol). Masalimuot daw ang 'college life' at tadtad ng mga alamat ng nagliliparang "Singko" at panaghoy ng mga suma-sampung taon sa kurso nila, pero gaano nga ba 'to kasalimuot? When Tatay died, I thought everything died along with him. That day crystallized within me. It makes me remember of earthquakes, things that shake your foundation. This event made me stretched every boundary I knew. I wasn't king of my universe anymore. In fact, I felt helpless, useless,... pathetic. I had no control, and my scramble to regain some made me realized that God is to be both loved and tremendously feared. And the balance between the two is what it's all about.

Noong pumasok ako sa industriyang ito, akala ko marangya ang buhay sa Call Center ("Call Cenner" kung bigkasin ng ilan sa mga kasamahan kong tila nasabuyan ng Vetsin yung dila sa kaartehan). Akala ko ito na ang sagot sa kahirapan ng Pilipinas, na tipong puwede ko nang iahon sa karukhaan ang pamilya at mga kamaganak namin noong pumasa ako sa interview. Pero hindi pala ganoon kadali ang sinasabi nilang "Easy Money" ng BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) Companies. Hindi siya laging "Easy" at hindi laging "Money" ang pwede mong makuha. Hindi! Hindeeee!! ************************************************** Nahahalina ka rin ba sa dami ng Zeros ng future sweldo mo na nakalagay sa inaapplyan mong Call Center Company? Oh sa dami ng incentives na pwede mong makuha at nangangarap mag-swimming sa bundok ng pera pero 'di mo alam kung paano magsisimula 'pag tinanong ka na sa interview ng "Why Call Center?"; Well, walang problema. Maliit na bagay! Yes, this book is blasphemous and disrespectful to the "holy" things you believe in! Yes, this defies your dogmatic beliefs of what God is. Yes, this might provoke your sensitive nature and put on bashful comments and tell the author all these are just B.S... But, hey! Calm your nerves! Let's sit down and think!
