He's definitely not completely sane. Even some of the big villains in Gotham fear him. He goes by a new name, one that perfectly fits his persona. I OWN NOTHING IN THIS STORY. Well except for Katie Simmons. And maybe a few more characters BUT NOTHING ELSE. 13 year old, Katie Simmons has had a pretty rough life. She lived with her mother until she died when Katie was 6. She was then given over to her father, Tony, who is an alcoholic. Almost every night Tony forces Katie to go on the street and mug innocent people. Eventually she moves on from mugging to looting stores and museums. While doing that she meets a young hero. Dressed in red that goes by the name of Robin. Katie also manages to get into Gotham academy. One of the best schools in the country. There she meets a cocky little brat by the name of Dick Grayson. This story is set during season 1 of Young Justice.
