Lincoln has died but Daisy is still with S.H.I.E.L.D. No one really realises the full extent of the effect on Daisy until every thing starts going wrong... Takes place around the 6 months later time of the Season 3 finale. Daisy is on the run and doesn't want to go back to S.H.I.E.L.D because it reminds her of Lincoln and Ward.
