And it's ugly. When you're trapped in a tiny town, boxed in from all sides and under constant surveillance what do you do? Buckle under the pressure? Honestly, what the fuck do I have to be grateful for!" My hands shook with anger. "Put down the gun," he commanded. "If you don't let me go, I'm going to kill you." My grip on the gun trembled, but I tried my best to keep it steady. "I swear, I won't hesitate to shoot you." His voice was chilling. "Are you nervous?" "No, though you should be." "Shoot me then Imani." His eyes were still a calm sea blue. This was all him. "Don't go back on your promise."

Soon she must make a choice between saving Cace or saving the Kingdom of Mallor from The Struvks Curse and the Wrath of the Red Lich. *************************************************** Sorry, I'm horrible at writing descriptions like these. Hopefully, I'll be better in the future. Anyways, I've been writing this for a while, and I've needed to get it out there. Feel free to offer any CONSTRUCTIVE criticism you have. This is not the first thing I've written, but it's the first I want to be read. Also, it will probably help you get immersed in the story if you read most of the dialogue in a Scottish accent.
