I was 16 when I died, consumed by the darkness locked inside my mind. It was the only way to escape it..even if it ment leaving everyone I love behind..Now trapped in between the afterlife and earth I watch my best friend live her life after I left. *************************************************** I watch as she sits outside in her favorite chair, I walk over to her and whisper to her, No matter where you go. I will always be by your side. She looks over to where I'm standing as if she heard me. And i think to myself I made the right decision to stay.
