Her older brother may have been a villain, but he supported her decision to be a hero, in hopes that one day, she would let their father know he had no control on them. It was at UA, that Shoto met him. Izuku Midoriya, a strong willed and passionate boy, who helped her realize, that it wasn't her fathers power she was rejecting, it was her own.
