A few months ago Taylor had met Karlie at the Victoria's Secret Fashion show. They really hit it off at the fashion show instantly becoming the best of friends. The fashion show was the first time that they actually talked face to face. They had exchanged numbers at the show and had been talking on the phone everyday since. Taylor was going to a party at one of her best friends Cara Delevingne's house when she saw Karlie again. At the party Taylor and Karlie talked all night so happy to finally meet again in person. They later went on a trip to Big Sur together. On that trip that's where Karlie got to listen to the first copy of 1989. That trip was the best moment of Taylor's life and little to her knowing it was the best moment of Karlie's too. They continued to stay friends for many years after that. Karlie saw Taylor perform in New York on her 1989 world tour and even got to go on stage. Taylor got an apartment only a block from Karlie's in New York, so they saw each other all the time despite being busy. Taylor was dating Tom Hiddleston and Karlie was dating Josh Kushner. Everyone was extremely happy until one night.

I don't think it's exactly news to anyone that I keep journals. Pages out of some of my old ones adorn the walls at the Grammy Museum.
