He misses his friends, and the kids and Goode are jerks. Finally, his mom agrees to let him return to Camp Hero. Little does he know that the group of kids who tormented him from Goode are the newest recruits.

But when Annabeth cheats on him he leaves, taking the only two people who remained loyal to him: Nico di Angelo and Ella McGreen, a daughter of Demeter who apparently has a knack for choosing the best people to be friends with.
