You finally arrive at Academy City to search for something and in that search you find the level five esper Mikoto Misaka. At first it was nothing but misunderstandings and shocks. But you end up finding yourself in situation that you are glad your in.

After finally beating a tough game level you go lay down and start to fall asleep. But before you fall asleep you see a blue light coming from the ceiling which will lead you to something that will change your life.

A special forces soldier jumps into a hole in a desperate attempt to escape and ends up in Gameindustri where you meet the CPU candidate Uni and both of your fates have been intertwined after you were in aww of her beauty.

It was up to Hekapoo and the others to stop the monsters and Ludo before they create more chaos, until she then meets an unfamiliar foe
