Pearl is a 21 year old Inkling who fell in love with a 18 year old Octoling named Marina, this is their tales in Inkopolis together as a gay couple, with nothing but love for each other. (Bit of smut and fluff, along with lemon, if you're uncomfortable then pls don't read)

This story takes place before, during, and after the Octo Expansion, so there are obvious spoilers ahead. Pearl and Marina have been dating for about a year now, having been together as Off The Hook for about two years. They also still haven't made their relationship public. One day while walking around, they find a walkie talkie.

The Final Splatfest was just meant to be fun and games like the rest of the competitions. That was all it should have been. But when Team Order won, everything changed. Marina was never who she used to be - more controlling and manipulative than the kind and gentle girl she once was. An enforcer of Order willing to slice down anybody that dared oppose her. So why now does Inkopolis pay the price, and what is it paying the price for? Splatoon, and all of the canonical characters that appear in this story belong to Nintendo.
