Dan Howell lived alone in his flat. Or at least he thought. Things would randomly happen like if he lost something it would randomly appear next to him out of nowhere. If he was having a bad day things that made Dan happy would be randomly right next to him. What happens when he finally sees the gorgeous creature (Phil Lester) that lives with him? Dan liked to wear black and look at the stars. He always wore a frown, reflecting his loneliness. Phil liked to wear pastel colours and pick flowers. He always smiled, showing that he was ready to brighten anyone's day. They were almost opposites... yet they were meant to be best friends. TW: Bullying.

For 15 years, Daniel Howell has trained as an undercover spy and policeman for an agency called SACM (Secret Agency of Criminal Management.) When his commander assigns him to an easier case - a simple drug bust - he meets his suspect, Phil Lester. Once he proves if he's innocent or guilty, Dan can simply leave and go on with life.
