I'm not really sure where this story is going but here's what I'm starting with. Izuku Yagi is not quirkless but people believe he is as his 'parents' told him to never use it. Izuku has a twin, Izumi and Katsuki has a twin, katsumi. These three bully 'Deku' but Katsuki honestly doesn't care wether Izuku's quirkless or not and is going to show that.

Deku starts the series in class 1a with his quirk called Wood Release (wood style) he is secretly the only person who respects class 1b and is seen as there older brother. He is also secretly dating Shiozaki Ibara...(secretly a slight Yandere. And class 1b knows they're dating). Class 1a finds out and if pissed. He requests a transfer to class 1b and Nezu granted his request. Together Ibara and Deku become the greatest heroes of all time Note. I do not own any characters from MHA. (First off Izuku isn't totally a sociopath just think of it like Karma Akabane's Sociopathacy. He just has the tendencies like low empathy, charisma, lack of inhibition and love for violence. But he love his classmates and the fact on becoming a hero. He also is a pretty fun character.) Izuku Midoriya is a late bloomer for his quirk. But they're is a reason for that. After that he started acting differently in school. That when it manifested. It started when his childhood friend turned bully Katsuki Bakugo was talking shit about him and Izuku slammed a bottle over his head and stabbed the bottle on the wall through Bakugo's sleeve. He had to tear the shirt. Ever since that day Izuku was never the same and Bakugo has been piss scared of him when he gives a certain look. One day Izuku entered U.A high which had dorms. He started to notice a purple haired best girl who is quiet in class. Most of all even with his low empathy start get feelings for the girl. Will she accept his sociopathic path to becoming a hero? Also Bakugo is nice kacchan when Izuku is in his presence.
