Negan has no control, always feeding off the power he holds over the people he and his group, the Saviors, came across. He was violent, homicidal, and his very presence struck fear into any who were unfortunate enough to get in his way. He enjoys inflicting pain, and Jolee loves to receive it...even if his attention is temporary, and her feelings for him permanent.
