Joji Saiga, previously a professor, known to cloud people's psycho-passes just by being in a room with him, for all except Akane. With time after the arrest, and death, of Kirito Kamui, Saiga's psycho pass cleared. Akane knew he was the only one who knew or had the slightest idea where Shinya Kogami was, when he revealed that he knew, Akane quit her job as an Inspector at the PSB to find him.

For the past four years Kogami Shinya has been in hiding on the outskirts of the city where technology is scarce. A group of mercenaries from America who claim to be trying to shut down the Sybil System has insisted that he become apart; they explained that his firsthand experience would be vital to their operations. While he awaits safe transport, Shinya has been dealing his own version of justice to the criminals who think they can hide in the shadows when one night he stumbles upon his little sister who he presumed to be dead, murder seven years ago by Makshima Shogo himself. At same time, he has been keeping a close eye on his former team, especially his former supervisor Tsunemori Akane. A new suspect arises and Division One is on case. The name Kamui Kirito reappears and Akane knows trouble is just around the corner. When a series of strange events leads Akane to believe that she is being followed, Shinya finds himself jumping it action. Is he protecting her out of his zeal for justice? [Kogane/Shinyakane] Division 1 finally got to have a breather, though in the world full of Crime Coefficients, Psycho Passes and latent criminals, fun was inevitably restricted. But that won't stop a certain Inspector Tsunemori stealing a dance from that scruffy haired Guard Dog with the smoking habit.

This is based after season 2 of Psycho-pass. I saw the movie but am waiting patently for the third season... As we all are. This is just a fanfic that sorta goes along with Psycho-pass.
