~A FEATURED WATTPAD STORY~ COMPLETED Leonidas, a cold, rude, arrogant Alpha, was raised by his father to think that mates are beneath them. His mother was physically and mentally abused but his father, and that was what he thought was the right thing to do. Constantly warring with himself on how to treat his future mate, he decides not to accept her altogether, whoever she is. She would weaken him and his position, and it was easier to reject and forget her. Eleanor is a plain she-wolf living in a pack that treats women as servants. Women are only tools to men, only used to clean the household and produce children for their mates. She thought the right thing to do was to let men control her every decision, always look down in submission, and never speak unless spoken to. She wishes for her mate to get her out of this hell, but is afraid this hell will always be in her mind. Leonidas is stuck in his pride, Eleanor is stuck in a hell impossible to escape. "If you're going to kill me, just do it." He looked at me and laughed, "Kill you? Why would I do that?" He played with my hair and then planted both palms on either side of me. "Umm, let me see.. You're a serial killer..?" I rolled my eyes and was shocked at how sarcastic and casual I sounded. "I'm not going to kill you darling, I'm keeping you.." He ran his hand down to my hip. * * * * * * Regan is on a desperate search for escape from her captor Darian, but after a brief escape, she finds out her real intentions. My name is Kaitlin Reid. I'm simple-minded, boring, and a little less than capable of dealing with stressful situations. When I witnessed my best friend being murdered, I did all that I knew how to do, and I called the cops. They captured the murderer and put him in prison, and for a while, I felt safe. I had the cops on my side and just enough strength left in me to try to get my life back in order. But of course, as the story goes, that illusion of 'safety' was short-handed. The murderer escaped a high security prison. I know I am the top of his hit list. And I'm not sure when he will find me, or how he will do it, but he is after me. And my limited time is running out.

When Neva Álvarez moves to Queens, she's merely biding her time between bartending and dodging her brother's phone calls before her final year at NYU, and with the summer dwindling to an end, it's difficult not to find herself drawn to her new next-door neighbors and their wild lifestyle. Before she can stop it, Neva is plunging headfirst into a tumultuous affair with drugs, left desperately trying to navigate too many bad decisions that threaten to bring an intimate cocaine kingdom down into ice-cold chaos. || CW: Honestly, I wrote this story to process a lot of feelings and experiences. It explores addiction, immigration, and recovery through a very gritty lens. It explores distance, deportation, and family separation. It explores the concept of home. It explores a woman's right to her own bodily autonomy in a society that shames us for owning or loving our bodies. It may contain triggering elements (slut-shaming, abuse, drug use, violence, and rape). [July 2019 CampNaNo Winner]

Mushrooms: They're soft, silky, white and super evil. Walmart: It's a place you go grocery shopping. You don't necessarily like it, but it gets the job done. Enter me: An outgoing, bubbly girl with flowing locks of golden hair and eyes as deep as the ocean bl- Ha! Just kidding. But seriously. How did a girl like me: Green dull eyes, boring brown hair and a piercing on her eyebrow get kidnapped? Yes, you heard right. Kidnapped. As in stolen. From a small town. During Winter. In Walmart. WALMART. It's a little insulting if you ask me. _____________ Welcome to the world of Humor lovely! My description may not be good, but if you give the story a chance I'm sure you'll love it :)

Going through my pictures, I went to the one that I had just taken, and the phone slowly slipped out of my grasp. What had escaped my notice before is that the couch I had taken the picture on was against a window, which showed the backyard of the house. But in this picture, it wasn't an empty backyard. No, behind my smiling face was another one, outside the window. It was his face. Covered with a black ski mask, watching me. *** All 19-year-old Layna wanted to do was forget about the guy that broke her heart, and move on with her new boyfriend Brian.
