Keith finds himself struggling with things said in the past when Lance says something to trigger unfavorable memories. This creates tension between him and Shiro. Tensions increase even more among all of the paladins when Keith becomes ill unexpectedly, tying into a secret regarding Keith and Shiro. Disclaimer - I don't own Voltron: The Legendary Defender. This story ties into Aliens Among Us. The story works with the theories that Keith and Shiro are brothers, but also the Keith is an alien theory which is floating around, but with a few twists.

Lance and Keith are mortal enemies, and their constant snide remarks and bickering are beginning to annoy the other Paladins. The only times they get along are when one Is saving the other's butt. When Shiro and Pidge are taken by Galra soldiers, the remaining three Paladins have to bring them back. Keith has to be used as bait, Hunk's not acting quite right, and Lance has begun confining himself to his room. The three seem to be going crazy, and nothing seems to turn out quite right. But unfortunately, Keith falls into the Galra's hands, Lance blames himself. It's all his fault, and the only way to clear himself of the guilt is to save Keith. But at what cost?

Lance struggled to pull the words out of his throat, his hands shaking as he tried to balance himself. Calm down, he thought, you can do it. Keith patiently waited, sitting in silence as he poured his coffee into a mug. Lance felt a rock in his stomach, weighing him down. You have to do it, you already started. One by one, all of the paladins of voltron are found after the disastrous events of the corrupt wormhole. The only paladin missing? Lance. After finally locating him, Keith is sent to find him. Will Keith be able to find Lance? Or discover his true feelings about the Blue paladin? Who knows...

"So he never comes out of his castle?" "Never, don't ever go near him okay?" --------------- Lance is a king of a small town, he's always in his castle and never goes out. Keith moves into the town and notices that Lance never comes out. He asks why Lance never comes out and everyone says he's a monster and dangerous. Keith being Keith gets curious so he decides to check out Lance for himself. He sneaks into the castle and meets Lance. Lance gets mad but he starts to flirt with the boy. He tries to tell Keith that he should stay away from him but that made Keith want to know more about Lance. Keiths friend, Hunk doesn't want Keith near Lance so he tries to keep Keith from hanging with Lance but Keith doesn't listen. He wants to know more about Lance.

Lance is 100%, without a doubt, straight. He has the perfect girlfriend and has never wanted anything more. But suddenly his world is being turned upside down by the boy playing the drums at his local bar--a boy who happens to be very good looking, very gay, and very very interested in Lance. aka: Good-Boy Lance has a crisis when he meets Keith because he's so damn attractive, and Keith is a little ho that is way too promiscuous and open about his sexuality.
