Ryan McCartan is a 23 year old Government agent when he meets Chloe Celeste Hosterman, better known as the American Actress Dove Cameron they don't exactly see eye-to-eye. The concept of this story is from the games Fallout, most of the characters are mine, others are real people. This story is also some if my own ideas, so bear with me.
