The Tartarous guild has been revived, but instead of book of Zeref demons running the show, a person very alike to it ran it with her own demons: Arbis' Scrolls of Devils. When a certain young teenage woman and her exceed arrive in the wake of this conflict, Natsu Dragneel and his guild get dragged into the race as the Neo-Tartarous searches for E.N.D.
