It starts during the fight between Izuku and Bakugou, an accidental point black ultimate attack from Bakugou leaves Izuku with a massive hole in his chest. Izuku falls to the floor Dead, but something happens his body begins having spasms and he vomits up a white substance that covers his face... After the fight with Broly, when Gogeta shattered dimensions, it came with the unfortunate side effect of defusion, Goku getting turned into an 18-year-old, and him being dropped in Remnant.
