Finding a birthday present for Teresa Lisbon seemed like an impossible thing to do. At least to Patrick Jane. But then he came up with an idea: He asked her to write down seven things, she always wanted to do but simply couldn't and Lisbon complied. Neither of them knew what awaited them but ghosts from the past, drunken confessions and learning how to juggle were only a few of these things.

This collection consists of three stories- one is a man trying to receive his own sanity by trying to find the killer of his family; two is a high society family dealing with the death of their daughter and figuring out the killer; finally, a kid gets back at a bully.

It was among Shakespeare's most popular plays during his lifetime and along with Hamlet, is one of his most frequently performed plays.
