issei un chico que era el menor de tres hermanos de una familia pero issei era despreciado por su familia ya que no hablaba y siempre estaba con una expresión estoica muchos pensaron que era sordo y mudó y por ser "diferente" por su color de cabello gracias a eso su padre pensó que su madre lo engaño por eso su padre y su madre lo odian y también por que issei tiene una marca simulando unas llamas de el lado lado izquierdo de su cabeza y parte del cachete que tuvo el día de su nacimiento y sus hermanos lo veían como un bicho raro por esa marca pero uno le tenían algo de afecto pero es afecto se fue cuando una familia de demonios llamados gremory se revelaron y presentaron ala familia hyodo les revelo a la familia hyodo del mundo sobre natural que ellos menos issei tenia sacred gear y que eran muy poderoso y que si se unían ala nobleza de su hermana rías gremory con eso movidos por la codicia aceptaron dejaron de lado al pobre issei pensando que era un bueno para nada pero un día issei demostró algo que nadie ni su familia ni los gremory espero ( disculpen si lo hice muy grande es que es como se me ocurio describirlo)
