You are moving back to Japan at the age of 22 after completing your education in Culinary arts in America. You have plans to become a world famous chef and you will not give up on those plans, especially since your late mother had the same plans. Arriving in Japan you become involved in the antics of 6 adorable, dorky sextuplets. This is my first reader insert so go easy on me. And it's a lame title I apologize. You can imagine them in their original or F6 art style. It's up to your imagination. I don't own Osomatsu-san or the images.

Jyushimatsu has been wondering why Ichimatsu has been acting weird lately. So he decides to find out but as soon as he does he questions if it was the right choice to do so.

Karamatsu is diagnosed with pulmonary embolism, a life-threatening disease found in the lungs. When his brothers find out, they stay beside him until the end.

Jyushimatsu has always been there for his brothers when they really needed it. But who's gonna be there for him? How will anyone know something's wrong if he refuses to stop looking happy? Trigger warnings: Past abuse (cough tougou cough), self harm, eating disorder, anxiety disorder, suicidal thoughts Most of these probably won't a main focus of this fic.

Poor, poor, Karamatsu. Filled with angst(my specialty) and Karamatsu, drowning in his depression. Ahhh someone stop me from spiraling down into an angsty hell.
