2 years after the s7 ending

Not long after her daughter Rory was born sixteen year old Lorelai ran away from home to the small town of Stars Hollow and got a job as a maid at the local inn but what would have happened if she hadn't run away? Would she still have ended up in Stars Hollow? Would she ever have met Luke? Would she still have wanted to open an Inn or would she have taken a different career path?

This may be only 2-3 parts or it could turn into a full story I haven't figured it out yet but as of right now I'm only planning 2-3 parts... I'm planning on keeping it only from Rory's POV just an FYI but who knows where it'll go. As always the characters aren't mine they belong to Amy Sherman-Palladino but the story is all mine and any additional characters that weren't in the original series.
