Romance writer Lacie Lilavati, and Ryland Zahir, a standout high school junior in both basketball and academics, have been in a long-standing feud that dates back to their middle school days. Lacie despises Ryland who began his playboy streak by breaking her best friend's heart. And Ryland cannot stand Lacie's stuck-up, holier-than-thou attitude. Their personalities are starkly different. Lacie is prim, put-together, and introverted, while Ryland is outgoing and the life of the party. However, despite their mutual antipathy and glaring differences, they are both going to require each other's help. Lacie's grades are in freefall due to her habit of daydreaming. For all her writing talent she struggles with other subjects in school due to her creative mind. Meanwhile, Ryland has just been rejected by his crush, Briar Westbrook who doesn't believe he is capable of committing to a real relationship or being romantic. Her assumption is not unfounded, because for all Ryland's sexual prowess, his romantic and relationship experience is virtually none. Lacie and Ryland end up striking up a deal: Ryland will tutor Lacie in her problem subjects, and she will give him lessons in romance while also posing as his fake girlfriend. But as they embark on their fake relationship, they discover very real facets of each other they never knew lay beyond the surface. Including the fact, that they both harbor pain from their past that affects the way they view life and love. As the two spend more time together, Lacie begins questioning her long-standing hatred for Ryland, and Ryland in his pursuit to learn romance for one girl, finds himself falling for the very one guiding him in the matters of heart. How To Get The Girl is a heartwarming story with themes and messages of looking beyond the surface, moving on from the pain of the past, and the cathartic power of opening up your heart. In Belcourt, they rear weapons no man can contend with: women. Sasha was never meant to be in the Court of Flowers, one of the most sought-after courts in Belcourt, but when she is suddenly placed there without warning, she discovers a world far from what she expected--one that reeks of passion, seduction, secrets, and betrayal. ***** Belcourt, an orphanage for young girls, keeps many secrets within its walls. Among those are the four courts that rear the kingdom's most powerful weapons: the Ladies of Belcourt. Sasha is safely tucked away in the Court of Libraries when Belcourt makes a sudden decision it has never done before in more than half a century. She is transferred into the Court of Flowers, the most famous court of all, where she is expected to service gentlemen who paid their way in for a Belle, a woman trained to please, seduce, and spy. Things take a turn when she is introduced to the mysterious West Blackwood who has a very different service in mind, one too tempting and one that may ultimately change Sasha's safe life in Belcourt. Torn between powerful forces, both the kingdom and Belcourt itself, Sasha will have to determine where her loyalties lie: to the man who not only infuriates her at every turn but also awakens sensations she never felt before? Or to the place that has always been her home since the day she walked away from a cottage with two dead bodies?

*WATTPAD FEATURED* *UNEDITED* "You can't erase the pain, nor can I. You can't erase the reasons behind my fake smiles, you can't change the past, nor can I. We can't turn each other's faith, we can't vanish each other's mistakes, but I promise, I promise you that through all your regrets, pain and heartbreaks, I will be there for you, I will be there for you to love you, to support you, to be your pillar. I will always be there with you, in the same road. Yah, I can't promise to make the pain go away but, but I promise that you will not face it alone, you're never going to face it alone.
